SAT II Writing ~13 (timed essay - 10 minutes)

Living in country definitely is a relaxing, salubrious experience. However, as much as it is peaceful and simple, it has limits on the variety of things it can teach a person. On the other hand, city life presents one with so many things to learn from the eclectic people, and also, the possible dangers that the city has which require much responsibility to avoid.

The term 'city' is a clearly defined word, coined in 19th century when different people from different places and backgrounds came to form a self-sufficient community. However, there is no definite meaning of 'life' itself, as everyone's life is all extremely different. If one wishes to learn and experience what life really is, city is the adequate olace, as it is literally, a collection of all the possible forms of living, in contrast to the drabness of the country life where only a limited part of living is presented.

The major argument that country-living advocates say is that city with bites with all kinds of possibilities of dangerous crimes. However, living with teh danger of exposure can be one form of learning, also. Bu realizing the possible dangers, one will also realize that not everyone is hospitable, hence frow more responsibility and discipline over himself to protect himself and make the best out of living.

There is no absolute criteria to tell if living in the country or a city is bettr. Both forms of living present certain advantages and risks. However, in terms of learnin what life really is, and what kind of self-control and responsibility are needed to survive, city life indeed is much more diverse adn educational.
