VICTORIA'S SECRET
A turning point in the series. Fraser's only love appears in Chicago after being released from prison for a gold robbery in the Yukon. She knows he's always had a weakness for her, and exploits it to the full potential, framing him for a murder and turning him into internal affairs. Fraser is still feeling guilty for turning her in, and ends up trashing Ray's house and gets shot when he gets between Victoria and Ray's bullet.
