Randal Boult and his brother, Cyrus, capture the two cops in a moment of discord, wire them to explosives, and hold up Randal's court hearing by rigging several bombs throughout the building. Fraser and Ray, who are having communication and understanding problems, manage to put aside their differences to save the day, letting Dief take the credit for their hard work.
