THE PROMISE
Two teen siblings, Sid and Andy, are pickpockets by trade. When Andy steals a "book" from senator Johnstone's bodyguard, trouble follows them around, resulting in Andy's kidnapping and Sid has to put aside his pride and enlist the help of the Chicago police department, as well as a mountie who's looking to recover his superior officer's stolen broche.
"Well, we don't actually have her in our actual possession."
"But you know where to find her?"
"Oh no, Sir. We don't have the slightest idea."
