This episode roughly translates into these main ideas: Fraser and Ray head for Canada to start rebuilding Fraser Sr's. burnt cabin, their airplane pilot is a vilain, the plane crashes somewhere, Fraser goes blind and loses the use of his legs, Ray has to carry Fraser around and deal with inexperience in the woods, a slightly loco mountie and a wolf.
