THANK YOU KINDLY, MR. CAPRA (A.K.A ONE GOOD MAN)

When Fraser's appartment building changes hands, the tenants and Fraser run into serious problems with rent increases and evictions. Fraser takes it upon himself to stand up to the new owners and goes to city hall to plead his case. He enlists the help of reporter Mackenzie King.

"You owe me."
"How much?"
"How much?"
"How much do I owe you?"
"...Oh, good bye. Good bye, good bye, good bye..."
"Completely unstable."

"Go on, Constable. You have our attention...Proceed...Well, come on! It's either you or old crabgrass!"
