More Departures
More departures from my usual style, if I can be said to have a "usual style"... This one was inspired by Rorschach inkblots. It was pretty easy -- all I had to do was draw half a weird shape and then mirror it. Didn't even have to draw a whole weird shape... Anyway, it really doesn't look like anything to me, so clearly I am insane. What does it look like to you?
Later, I set out to do another "inkblot", but that is not what happened at all. I don't know what this is, but whatever it is, it seems fearsome and monstrous in its glory. And yet, there is nothing to fear. It's cradling the jewel of life afterall... I think maybe I have projected some kind of abstract, wrathful Buddha here... Or somethin' What does it look like to you?
