Pictures
I did some more pictures last week. With this first one, I wanted to do a picture but I thought I was too tired. I was pretty tired. Then I thought, hmmm, I am so tired maybe my rational mind will surrender to my creative side. I started with some random squiggles, which became the black and dark blue shreds, and then I started to get ideas! This picture definitely seems to be in my "style", and there is really nothing new here, but it looks like my rational mind did surrender to my creative side!
Later, I was perusing my own old posts (do you do that too? 
Or is it just me?) and I noticed I
had said that MS-Paint is "good at cubism", and realized that I had not done
any cubism with it since then! So I did.
Inspired by some interesting brick work (which became the stairways) on some historic homes I've been driving by lately, I did this. As it became quite obviously a house, I realized that part of the reason I rarely name my pictures, only dating them, is to leave "what it is" open to your interpretation. But I could not do that here, which I found somewhat disappointing. So, this is "Green Mountain Retreat".
