Effect: Three (or more) Cards are selected by several spectators. The Magician then puts the deck behind his back and turns around to show that he is indeed doing a fair shuffle of the deck, he then turns around and asks the spectators to put their cards back into the deck. The Magician then shuffles the deck behind his back once again. He then brings the cards back out in front of himself and asks the spectators to yell "Faces Up!". He then spreads the deck to reveal  that there cards are now face up.

Method:
1. Take your deck of cards and spread them to let oh say three spectators choose a card FREELY.
2. Now turn around and shuffle the cards behind your back so that the audience can see you doing this, emphisise the fact that you cannot see the cards.
3. Now turn around again to face the audience with your hands still behind your back, as you come to face the audience turn the deck face up and flip the top (realy the botttom card) over so it is face down. Do this qickly.
4. With step three done, bring the deck out making sure that no one can see the bottom card and have the spectators give you their card, you then PUSH IT INTO THE DECK FACE DOWN. This helps mask the fact that only the top card is face down.
5. Now put the cards behind your back and say that you are going to shuffle the deck without looking. While you say this turn the top card face up again, and then turn the deck over. This will leave their cards face up in the deck.
6. Now bring the deck out again and have the spectators shout "Faces Up!"
7. Spread the deck revealing that their cards now face up.

Comments: After completing step 5, you can, if you are brave, turn around and show that you are shuffling the deck. Just hope that you don`t run into a face up card though!
