Note # Description
1 On 6/8/01, a Triple-Threat Over-The-Top-Rope Elimination match took place between Calypso, Arch Angel, and Impostor. After Impostor was eliminated, Calypso and Arch Angel eliminated each other at approximately the same time. Calypso was awarded the victory and the time, but upon further review...the title was vacated due to video replay. Calypso's victory was taken off the record books, and the World Title was declared vacant.
2 During John Hanley's first World Title reign, every one of his championship defenses would be held under Extreme Rules (no disqualification) unless otherwise noted. This did not become the rule of the Title, but of that of its owner's personal preference.
