This poem is about that husband of mine
He's handsome, he's great, in fact he's just fine.
He's all the things in a man any woman would need,
All he takes is a lot of love and just a little feed
He's hardworking, patient, kindhearted and true;
He fathered my children, to me,
The greatest thing he could do.
He's no angel, he has strayed from the path--
But he has promised, never again that.
He has kept his promise and stays close to our hearth,
I love him and trust him with all my heart;
He loves me and pets me, I'm his little wife
That is the way it will be for the rest of our lives |
