Blueberry Pie

1 stick butter

1 cup bisquick� baking mix

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 80z jar red currant jelly or black current jam, warmed in microwave 1 pint fresh blueberries

1 cup heavy cream, whipped

3/4 cup sour cream


Crust

Mix butter, bisquick and sugar together. Pat into pyrex pie pan and bake in 450 degree oven for 20 minutes. Cool. Pour jelly into crust. Add blueberries. Fold sour cream into whipped cream and pour over fruit. Garnish with berries serve.
