The winds were high so there were no Mountain launches and the tandems were pushed back so by the time we went to get on the schedule, it was full. Then they ended up closing the field down just after lunch and didn't reopen until 5 PM. That was a little disappointing but the colors of the leaves and watching the pilots were not.

The weather was perfect and the scenery fantastic! We rode back this morning and it beautiful view and a fun ride. Wish we could get a place up there. It would be perfect cause it has everyone of our hobbies covered. Well paved curvey and fun roads for riding, Cloudland Canyon for hiking, a 5 mile creek behind the landing field for flat water kayaking, mountian for hang gliding and scenery and activities you could photograph for days.

Now if we could just win the lottery...
