•Delay dial tone:
Check the status of MFC cards and also the distribution of the MFC
resources should be proper .
In case of Line BM, no block in MFC should be equipped as MF sender
or receiver i.e. In Line BM, all the MFC resources should be only
DTMF. If this equipage is ok then give a soft start to that particular
BM.
•Overloading problem in a Trunk BM:
If the BM contains CPU card then change them with BPC. If the problem
still persists ,then divert some of the load of that BM to some other
trunk BMs.
•Internet call problem:
For the proper working of the internet calls, it's mandatory that
your exchange clock must be in sync with the another exchange where
the internet call is routed .
Also the PCM carrying the data call should be stable i.e the flicks
on the PCM should be minimum.
•Frequent loading of BM:
In case if any of the control card in BPU or TSU is in suspect then
make it OPR.
If the problem remains then connect the BP cable and find out the
recovery on the BM and contact C-DOT Control Room.
