•Code loading problem
1) Check eprom`s of BPC Card.
2) Connect BP Cable to find out the correct power on test of BPC &
proper selection of memory.
3) Try with cross combination of BP & Memory and in case the problem
still persists, change BPC AND Memory card from working BM.
Data loading Problem
Check the Eproms in TSC , sometime doing ON/OFF of TSU also works.
If the loading stops at the counter file, then the counter files should
be copied from the other BM(Trunk).
In case of any other file, Pl. contact C-DOT.
NOTE: Copying of the counter
file should only be done if the problem is with the trunk BM or a
newly equipped BM . In case of local BM, Pl. contact C-DOT Control
Room.
Patch loading Problem
Try with one memory card at a time and in case the problem
is same, then use a working card from existing BM.
Also check the blocks of the patch cartridge as per document.
RBM loading Problem
1) One by one file loads repeatedly in code loading: check the eproms
of BPC card, they must be of the SBM.
2) Health log not coming: Change TSC/ETS card ,also check the continuity
of clock and ACIO cable. TSU mother board may be faulty.
3) Health log not proper: The problem may be in TSC/ETS card or the
clock or ACIO cable. Attempt all the possibilities one by one. Contact
