ATU / DTU related Problem

•No dial tone in a slot:
First find out whether the problem is only with this slot or is in a group of 4 cards.
If the problem is only with this slot change the card and if the problem is with the 4 cards then interchange the tic ( here act spc may be faulty ) also there may be some problem in the motherboard too.
•Cards in SE:
The link between the card and the tic is not proper
Interchange the tic and then check.
The spc card of the tic may be faulty.
In case of dts/dtc cards sometimes by changing the cards the problem also get solved .
•Problem in TIC Chain:
Take the dgn and on the basis of the dgn change the cards either in tic or tsu (tsi card), also the jumper setting of the tui should be proper.
