CBX reset test fails.

• This is a very common problem of CM-XL Hardware.
• This is purely a Hardware problem and this is mainly due to the CBX hardware. Thus to rectify this first check the CBX card, all its devices.
• Sometimes it has been observed that the devices are not properly inserted, thus press all the devices and test further.
• If the problem remains then change the CBX card and test again .Some times it has observed that the SSC card is also responsible for this failure of CBX.
• Thus change the SSC and test again
