After interchange of SS some BMs go to critical.

• After interchange of SS some BMs go to critical.
  
• If both the clock are not working properly with respect to its NSC crystal accuracy, this type of problem generally happen.
• It has been found that the a particular SS i.e CLK is working perfectly when it is standby as during this time the standby CLK card is in sync with Active CLK, but as soon as the interchange given to SS the role of CLK also changed.
• Thus now the same CLK card is not able to give a stable clock to system. This also give a disturbed clock to various BM and it goes down, as the BM which are connected with the CM are not in sync. with respect to clock.
