  • Both CMS1 & CMS2 go to suspect and CM goes to critical.
  • This is again due to the flick/disturbance in the co-located BM & Remote BM, as it affects the CMS and the CMS goes suspect.
  • Generally this happens when there is excessive flick on the PCM of RSU.
  • As the PCM of RSU terminate at ESM (BUS0 & BUS1) and the CMS are the controller of BUS it directly hit the CMS and it goes suspect.
  • At this time , remove the 'U' links pertaining to the affected 'RBM' and establish the stablity of the 'CM' and verify the transmission medium and restore the 'RBM'.
  • Thus check the PCM and make it error free it will definitely improve the stability of CMS and hence CM as the link between AM and CM is only through CMS1 & CMS2 and CMS3 & CMS4 don’t work as a interface between AM & CM.
  • CMS3 & CMS4 are working as load sharing mode in call processing.
