ADP not coming to INS-ACT
Following reasons:
- ADP (ie SMC) is not O.K. Check the internal connectivity and verify
the LED test.
- Link between ADP and AP is not O.K.
Verify the cable and check the proper position of connection.
- DGN of ADP should pass from both copy of AP.
- Check the proper EPROM of SMC according to the s/w rel. of the exchange.
•ADP fails while giving Interchange to
AP
This happens if ADP is not passing the DGN with both copy of AP. Verify
the DGN of ADP with both AP and if the problem remain then change
the BPC card for standby AP and repeat the DGN
