AM recovery

• Recovery in AM resulting a frequent STBLE_CLER of AM.
  Generally it has been observed that a recovery of GRRA is coming in AM and due to the same the AM goes in STBLE_CLR .
• The GRRA recovery is mainly due to some improper data creation, related to Route. Verify any new Route creation and observe. Also one more common reason of AM recovery is System Parameter file gets corrupted.
• This problem can be eliminated by loading the fresh System Parameter file 'ansprm’ in $GLBDATAP from BMDC and then modify relevant system parameter as per old data and then give part-init to AM.
