After the installation of NSE/NSC how to check ?

Equipments required for verifying the Clock:

·        PCM Analyser that can measure the clock on the 2 mbps PCM stream.

·        Small screw driver of appropriate size to turn the screw of the potentiometer in TSC card.

·     Patch card to extend the 2 mbps stream to the analyser.

 Setup for measuring the Clock;

·      Select any PCM connected to TAX Exge and remove the Ulink in the  DDF for the PCM under test.

·         Extend the trans lead of the stream from the Local exchange to the analyser and read the clock frequency

·     Extend the receive leads of the same PCM stream to the analyser and  read the clock frequency (Rx).

• Tx and Rx should be equal or with a difference of + or-3 Hz.
