October 14 & 15 continued...
All qualified dogs returned on Sunday and were again cast at 7:00 am. Inspite of a clearer sky, running was initially sparse with the action picking up as the day warmed. All  judges recorded multiple scored crossings and good check work was noted and awarded to several dogs. The red fox proved to be in command as he sought refuge in dens and trees, so at the end of the day, handshakes and well-wishes were exchanged and all looked forward to the 2007 season of CBFTA.

Beaglers followed this rainbow to the pot of gold called Roy May's Hunt Camp. Good food and fellowship was enjoyed by all. You do not go hungry at the Mays' camp. Roast pork dinner by the Mays and Burkes, and Northern Pike by Solly in the evening, and the beaglers awoke to the smell of breakfast cooking.
Andy Currie takes up his judging post on Sunday and awaits patiently for the pack to approach.
Dan Kane finishes up the 2006 season with his new Beagle Fox Champion Happyrun Zeet.
