WE HAVE ALL SORTS GINGER, WHITE ,BLACK ,GREY, TABBY MAINE COON CAT,RANGING FROM 15 YRS. TO 6 MONTHS.. THE 15 YR. OLD WAS ADOPTED WHEN MY DAUG. VISITED A SHELTER SEEKING A GINGER KITTY..AND FELT SORRY FOR A 15 YR CAT DROPPED OFF DUE TO A DIVORCE, SHE OFFERED "JOSIE" A RETIREMENT HOME..WHERE JOSIE NOW RULES THE ROOST AS THE SENIOR.. OVER HER OTHER FOUR CATS..

My Husband has just been told he has HCV. He goes for the liver biopsy Feb 4th 2000. He believes he got it in 1978. I was wandering, what kind of over the counter medicines can you take for back pain? If any. Also, I heard that Vit. A was not good fo you. Is there any other food restrictions that could help, or any than can help? I hope the treatment has worked for you!! My husband hasn't decided if he wants to do them yet, that is if he is a candidate. thanks for any information. Melissa in Charlotte, NC

I too have just completed my hell year, roughly comparable to hell week in Seals Training. My results were reduced ALT'S yet a continued presence of HCV in my blood work. Now that I'm off the Reboviron I feel fine physicaly and getting my emotional side in order once again. I remain surprised at just how much the treatment affects us on that score. I knew I was depressed by the treatment I am only now realizing to what ext nt! I have begun taking a combination of antioxidents and milk thestle in an effort to keep the virus away from my poor liver. Hpoe it works! I hope all goes OK for you and that your ALT'S drop as they should now. TIM
