Covers Uncovered
Not only are these different diapers to choose from, there are also different covers.  Choosing the right cover just might make the difference in your cloth diapering experience.
Pull on pants: These are often referred to as plastic or rubber pants.  These are now often made of polyurethane laminate cotton, or they may be more like vinyl.  These can be very useful, as they have elastic at the waist and legs.  These are the least expensive of all the covers available.  These do not usually work well with skinny babies, espeically if their legs are skinny.

Covers/wraps: Covers and wraps give a closer fit, as they are adjustable.  This makes them ideal for both chubby and skinny babies.  These often look somewhat like diapers, and they are usually fastened by either aplix or snaps.  These may be made of assorted materials, ranging from polyurethane laminate cotton fabrics, fleece, polar fleece, wool or felted wool.  There are many reputable brands of  covers/wraps.

Wool Soakers:  Wool soakers are made of wool.  This is a wonderful fabric for nighttime diapering.  These covers are designed to become wet on the inside, thus pulling the moisture away from the baby.  As the air flows through this natural fabric, it allows the moisture to dry, and baby to stay drier, thus making the ideal nighttime diapering cover.  These covers do require a little extra care.
