This outlet was broken in half and it was glued with silicon. An electical short waiting to happen!!!.
You can see the replacment and the broken one below. Identical deminsions and mounting style. the only difference is the original had solder posts and used a screw to hold the unit together, while the new one has wire leads and used a rivet to join the pieces.
