Birthday Flower

12 inch square

Copyright 2004 Chris Simon

This square exhibits multiple personalities! It looks great worked in a single color, or you can make it feature either a star or a flower depending on where you change colors. It's called Birthday Flower simply because I designed it on my birthday.

Star Variation: Change colors at beginning of Rounds 4 and 7, and create frame by changing at beginning of Round 10 if desired.

Flower Variation: Change colors at beginning of Rounds 5 and 7, and create frame by changing at beginning of Round 10 if desired.
