As a teenager Chris worked a full time job and later was able to buy his first guitar. He soon began to perform with local bands, playing at clubs and at school dances. But his love for acting never died. Playing drums in the high school band earned him a partial scholarship to college where he studied music. Forced to leave college early because of financial reasons, Chris once again found himself performing with local bands to earn money.
In 1991 Chris moved to Atlanta, GA to work full time with a well established band called Spellbound. With the desire to look good on stage, Chris began lifting weights and studying Martial Arts to get in shape. Blessed with good genetics his body quickly developed and he attracted much attention on stage. Although he loved performing with the band, it left him little time for his first love, acting. So in 1993 Chris began taking acting classes at the Alliance Theater in Atlanta. Told he had natural talent, he soon had the help of a talent agency to help him get acting jobs. To devote more time to acting Chris moved back to NC in 1997, where he continued to take acting classes.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys Horseback riding and often participates in trail rides. He also enjoys Softball and competing in amateur Bodybuilding shows, where he always places high in his division.
Chris continues to take Acting Classes and is presently pursuing his career.
