Purchasing Policy
1. We buy only original and authorized CDs. We do not purchase unauthorized recordings: a) pirate product, b) counterfeit product or c) Bootleg product.

2. We buy only the complete and unedited version. We cannot buy the sanitized version. We also cannot buy CD-Rs (Recordable CDs).

3. VCDs and DVDs sold to us shall bear the “Board of Film Censors” sticker.

4. All discs, booklets, and paper covers should be in good condition. The discs should not be scratched, broken, faulty, chipped, etc. We deduct 20 cents for missing, cracked or broken jewel case.

5. CD set should be complete. For example, if the original CD set contains 3 discs, please do not sell us 1 or 2 pieces only.

6. Please include all paper inserts/ liner notes.

7. We do not purchase CDs that are labeled “promotional” or with similar connotation.

8. Currently, we only accept English and Chinese CDs.

9. Our purchasing price is shown in Table 1. The price will depend on the original price, popularity, condition and sales demand of the title.

10. If you are selling 10 or more CDs to us, we will pay for registering the mail.

11. Please fill up the CD selling form, email it to us ([email protected]) and we will get back to you on the price we offer. Not all CDs will be accepted i.e. there are some CDs we don’t buy.

12. If the quoted price is agreeable to you, please mail the CDs to our postal address:

To be advised – it is a PO Box in a post office.

Your name should be written at the back of the envelope for easy checking. Please email ([email protected]) the CD selling form to us again indicating in your message that you are sending us the CDs.

13. Quotes expire if the CDs are not delivered to us within 30 days of their origination. After a period of time, our offer price may change.

14. The moment we receive your CDs and the CD selling form, the discs will be tested, we will then send a cheque or credit money into your bank account within 10 days. Payment is guaranteed.

15. If we decide not to purchase your CDs, for example if it is faulty, etc; we will mail the CDs back to you.

16. Goods bought by us are not returnable.
