HOUSING

“The Economic Costs of Housing Regulations in the Philippines”, a dissertation presented to the University College London, the Bartlett School of Architecture in fulfillment of the MSc in Urban Development Planning in September 1992.

“A System for Accrediting Socialized Housing Developers”, A system adopted by the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation for its Social Housing Development Loan Program, prepared in 1994.

“A Post-Appraisal Report : Peace Village, Antipolo” : presented to the officers of the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation in 1991.

“A Post-Appraisal Report : Dela Costa II, Caloocan” : presented to the officers of the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation in 1991.

“Marginal Settlements Improvement Program, Barrio Escopa”, a research project funded by the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) in coordination with the National Housing Authority (NHA) and the University of the Philippines College of Architecture, 1978

 

BUILDING UTILITIES

“ASEAN-US Project on Energy Conservation in Buildings in Asean”, a research project on Lighting and Daylighting funded by the US Agency for International Development (USAID), commenced on August 4, 1987.

 

PLANNING

“The Philippine Baselands Development Authority”, a Feasibility Study for the Clark Regional Development Administration Center Project, co-author, submitted to the Legislative-Executive Bases Council, July 31, 1990.

“Going Beyond Rhetorics”,  A commentary on planning practices in the Philippines, published in ARCHIKONST of the Quarter Group Publishing Company in September 1998.

“The Architect’s Social Responsibility Towards Sustainable Environmental Development”, published in Architectscope, a publication of the United Architects of the Philippines- Professional Development Center.

“Comparative Analysis of the Philippines”, a Master’s Thesis presented to the Graduate School of Architecture, University of the Philippines, 1974.

“Uptown Redevelopment of Fourth Ward, Charlotte”, Graduate Thesis presented to the University of North Carolina, 1996.

“Alternative Birth Centers of the Philippines”, a Diplomate Final Paper presented to the Medical Architecture Research Unit (MARU) of the Polytechnic of North London, England, 1979.

“A Situational Analysis Towards a Master Plan of Growth and Development for Cebu Velez General Hospital, Cebu City”, a professional research project on hospital expansion, 1992.

“A Feasibility Study on the Redevelopment and Expansion of the Quezon Memorial Hospital, Lucena City”, an on-going professional research project on hospital expansion, 2003.
