Moorhouse to son Thomas Ismay once he has reached the age of 21
{i.e. born after 1801}
- Leaves household furniture and effects to Martha his wife with the
power to devise the distribution upon her decease.
- 300 pound bond given to Edward Rook owed to Thomas by his father John
Rook
- Niece Jane Richardson (once 21) 300 ponuds
- Jane Baxter 100 pounds
- Nephew Joseph Nicholson - 2 Messauges of Land at Moorhouse provide
he gives the Customary Meadow at Parton to Mary Hodgson - if
condition not satisfied then Mary Hodgson gets the Moorhouse Property

- Mary Nicholson daur of Jospeh Nicholson 100 Pounds
- Nephew Adam Nicholson in India 100 Pounds if he comes back
