To get the baby clothes into your Sims2 game
you will have to go into CAS
and make a new Sims character using
the new skin file that you just created.
Click on the "custom Content" icon.....

and choose your newly made skin from the custom skin window.

This is why it's a good idea to edit the swatch
when creating any custom content in Bodyshop.
It can be quite confusing if you have alot of files.
I will always be able to tell which ones
were custom made by me.

Once I finish creating my new Sim
I'll make them a mate using a different custom skin.
I always make at least 2 when I'm in Bodyshop.

Put them in your game and start playing.
The rest is up to you. You can play at a normal pace
or cheat like I do and get pregnant right away.
I'll speed the game up and use my
quads cheat that I got from
Mod The Sims 2
to have 4 babies all at once.
I always say I'm not going to save them
because it's hard taking care of so many babies
but they're so darn cute that I have to keep them!

So far in my game all of the babies
are born with the custom outfits on
except the aliens with green skin.
Those with human skin color (like the picture below)
will have the custom outfit on in most cases
but I haven't experimented enough with
alien abductions to know for sure.
I think that one time I had a human skinned baby
born without the custom clothes.

The baby below had a sibling that looked exactly like him
except the eyes were just a little smaller.
He also had two green siblings who
did not have the custom clothes on.
