Starky is severely underrated. He's a great character. He's got great
stats with the exception of Hit %. He can allocate a decent amount of elements
as well, and since his stats are well rounded, give him anything from PhotonBeam
to RecoverAll to *Saints. His 3 techs are all pretty good, so use them to
your liking.
Getting Starky: Grab a Star Fragment from El Nido Triangle (Home World). Then
go to Sky Dragon Isle (Home World) and place the Star Fragment in the empty
box. MegaStarky will come out and a battle begin. Defeat him and Starky will
run around like crazy. Catch him and he'll join you.
Level 7 tech: After reaching Terra Tower, take Starky back to his space ship.
He'll retrieve it there
