Skelly is worthless. Unless you're trying to get all the characters, don't
even bother with him. Because of his frail structure, he has really low defense.
His HP and strengh also suck. There is nothing about him that makes him useful.
The long and tedious sidequest to get him is not worth it.
Getting Skelly: Pick up his skull in the giant dragon's skull on top of Forrest
Valley in Another World. After that, find all his bones around the world (all
in Another World) The other parts can be found in Shadow Forest, Guldove,
Hydra Marshes, Water Dragon Isle, and Isle of the Damned. After finding them
all, go to his grandmother's house in Termina (to the right of Viper's Statue).
After talking to her, leave, and then re-enter to recruit him.
Level 7 tech: After regaining Serge's body, take Skelly to the Barmaid in
Termina (Home World).
