Riddel is easily the best healer in the game. Her Snake Eyes tech is great
for healing, and it's only level 3. In additiion to being a strong healer,
she is also very good at protection and offensive white spells. Stock her
with elements like LoRes, HiRes, WeakMinded, StrongMinded, and attack spells
like Photon Beam, Meteor Shower, and *Saints.
Getting Riddel: After rescuing her from Viper Manor and escaping to Hermit's
Hideaway, talk to her and she'll join your party.
Level 7 tech: Defeat Dario on Forbidden Isle with Riddel in your party.
