Radius is a pretty average character. A good upside is that you get him
at a time where you can choose to replace Sprigg for him. There isn't much
that stands out about him, except for the fact that he strongly resembles
that old guy from Dragonball Z (wish I could remember his name).
Getting Radius: After returning from the Dimensional Distortion and going
to Opassa Beach, head to Arni and talk to your mom Marge. After a short sequence
Radius will fight you. After winning the battle, he joins your party.
