Karsh, like the other Deva Dragoons, is very strong and has some very
useful techs. His strengh and HP are pretty high, but his evade and his Hit
% are unfortunately pretty low. His attacks miss frequently, but building
up his grid to reach higher elements like his level 7 tech Axiomatic is worth
it. As for element allocation, he's pretty well-rounded so allocate whatever
fits your strategy.
Getting Karsh: Pick between him and Zoah before going into Viper Manor to
save Riddel.
Level 7 tech: Take Karsh to Isle of the Damned in Another World. Fight Solt
and Peppor.
