Glenn is a personal favorite character of mine. He's incredibly strong,
and has decently high HP. All 3 of his techs are single foe, but they are
all insanely strong. Not only that, combined with Serge he can also perform
the X-Strike Dual tech, which is incredibly powerful. Because he's innate
green, it may be wise to equip him with a Green Brooch when fighting innate
yellow bosses. With the 2x Einlanzer, he comes very close to being the most
powerful character in the game.
Getting Glenn: Choose not to Save Kid after Viper Manor, and he'll ask to
come with you to Ft. Dragonia.
Level 7 tech: Learned at 40 Stars.
