Draggy is surprisingly a powerful character. His tech skills are all really
strong, and he's got great stats. He's also got an awesome dual tech with
Leah. It'd be wise to recruit this character.
Getting Draggy: Grab the Big Egg from the Nest in Fossil Valley (Another World).
Then, take it to the bottom floor of Fort Dragonia in Home World. Draggy will
hatch out of the egg.
Level 7 tech: Take Draggy to the large dragon's skull in Another World where
you found the Heavy Skull.
After a short sequence he'll be given BigBreath.
