Our primary mission is to ensure the delivery of high quality childcare to York County families in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment that allows all children to attain their full potential. We are committed to supporting caregivers through on-going training, fair compensation and career advancement opportunities.

We provide a comprehensive developmental program that realizes each child's physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual growth. We resolve to pursue various methods of funding in order to subsidize childcare for eligible low and moderate income families. We will remain sensitive to the changing needs of children and families and will advocate at the local, state and national level on all family support issues.
