One that can accomplish things that even Clow Reed himself couldn't do with his magic is.
Kero: The one who has stronger magic than Clow Reed.
Eriol: In other words, it's only Sakura who changed the cards that Clow Reed had made into Sakura Cards with her own powers.
Sakura: I....
