Tell her that it's a White Day's present.
Fujitaka: I'm sure Sakura will be very delighted.
Grandpa: ...there was something I've always wanted to tell you. ...thank you. And.... sorry. ...I knew. That sine you were the man that Nadeshiko chose, you were the one who can make her the happiest....

Fujitaka: It's White Day's persent from Sakura from Mother's Grandfather. He sent his thanks for Valentine's Day chocolate.
Sakura: Is Grandfather here?!
Fujitaka: No, it(the package) arrived today.
Sakura: But he was happy, so ....that's a relief! Wow!!
Fujitaka: Would you like to put it on? (I"m sure it'll look great on you.)
Sakura: But... if oniichan comes home... (he'll make fun of me again.)
Fujitaka: Touya is sleeping over at Yukito's house. (Sakura: Is that so.)

Fujitaka: It looks very nice.
Sakura: Come to think of it, I recieved a dress from a grandpa a while back, too. (A laced one like this one.) From that grandpa who was alone when we were visiting that summer house. I wonder if great grandpa understood? That mother and I are really happy.
Fujitaka: ....I'm sure he knows very well.
Sakura: Will I be able to meet grandfather some day...
Fujitaka: Of course. Sure you can. Right, Nadeshiko-san.
