An Angel Goes Home
You could read God's word everyday,
And not really understand.
What it's like to lose a Loved one,
When He takes them by the hand.
He lifts them up to be with him,
And you might say, 'That's not fair'.
I can't stand the pain and suffering,
It's just more than I can bear.
I said those same words Tuesday,
When He took Mom by the hand.
But now I know the pain and grief,
That He felt so long ago.
He Let his own Son die for us,
To take out Sins away.
a Time to Live, A time to Die,
Thank you God, For her short stay.
