| Asuka is a very outgoing character and seems to be the only pilot that actually enjoys fighting in her Eva. She doesnt like to lose and as a result of this she sees Shinji as her rival as she does not posess his talent to syncronise with the Evas naturally. However, she is a hard worker and is always trying to better herself and when she's at her best, she totally kicks ass in her Eva. | |||||||||||||||||
| She seems like a pretty normal teenager at first but this is Evangelion, everyone has been seriously fucked up somewhere in theyre life; this is Asuka's story. Her mother used to work for NERV but she went insane after an accident occured when trying to synchronise with Eva-02. Asuka was then neglected by her mother and replaced by a doll that her mother cared for as if it were her real daughter. This all resulted in her mother commiting suicide and Asuka has never quite recovered from her experience. | |||||||||||||||||
