rules and regulations

The following rules apply to both Open and Youth:

1. The Cuyahoga County Rabbit and Cavy Breeders will not be responsible in the case of fire, accidents or providemtial destruction.  However. every precaution will be taken to avoid any mishap in the showroom. 
2. In case of an emergency we reserve the right to substitute judges or add judges.
3. All rabbits must be premanently and legibly aer marked per ARBA show rules.
4. Stock will be released after the breed has been judged.
5. Enter day of show.  Make out your own cards.  Use ARBA entry blanks and cards only.  Turn in completed cards to show secretary, who will be responsible for getting cards to the judges tables.
6. Make checks Payable to Cuyahoga County Rabbit and Cavy Breeders Association (CCRCBA).
7. This is a carrying case show.  It wil be the responsibility of the owners to get their rabbits to and from the judging tables.
8. No checks will be issued for premiums less than one dollar ($1.00).
9. No autions or unnecessary delays are permitted at the judging tables.
10. This is an official American Rabbit Breeders Association and Ohio State Breeders Association sanctioned show.  It will be governed by the latest revised rules of the ARBA.  Display points earned by the OSRBA members count in the OSRBA sweepstakes for 2007.
11. Specialty Club requirements paid when applicable.
12. Ribbons will be awarded to 3rd place - pick up day of show.
13. The follwoing will be paid for NON SANCTIONED breeds with six (6) or more of that breed shown: $2.00 for Best of Breed and $1.00 for Best Opposite of Sex.
14. No grooming tables or blowers will be ermitted in the building.
15. Classes will be called 3 times.  There will be no re-judging of any breed.
16. No late sanctions.
17. No refunds will be made for animals entered but not shown.
18. Registrar will be available.
19. $25.00 fee for returned checks.
20. Breeds that do not have more than ten (10) entries will not be sanctioned the following year.
21. There is to be absolutely NO UNAUTHORIZED selling of food or crafts or any other items without prior approval from the CCRCBA.  No tables will be allowed for sale items in the show building.
22. The Club reserves the right to correct any and all information in this flyer including obmissions, typographical errors, etc.
