The Port Moody Film society encourages an appreciation of film and film making. The Society showcases, in Port Moody, films, film makers, and new media. The Society provides opportunities for regular viewings, annual festivals, and film showings at special events.

Genghis Blues

A blind blues musician follows a mystifying obsession to a remote and challenging land in this acclaimed documentary. Singer Paul Pena, bridges two cultures with his music and dicovers a richness in the ancient ways among the descendants of Genghis Khan.

Come early for the pre-show featuring Ashley Tait and Rainer Daniels performing Tuvan throatsinging and digeridoo playing. Pre-show starts at 7:00 p.m.. Film begins at 7:30 p.m.
