Want to Volunteer?  Good!
We can always use more help!!

To volunteer, contact
Phyllis and let us know which area you would like to help,
and any time slots in which you're interested.

Positions Available:

Set-up 9am-11am and Clean-up 6pm-til done: ALL HANDS NEEDED!!
Anyone available these hours are greatly needed in the morning to help
set up the displays and arrange the grounds, and in the evening to take
down displays, pack up, and make sure all trash is taken care of.  Whoever
happens to show up during these times is considered volunteered.  ::grin::

Information Booth Greeter
We have a Master Greeter running the show here,
but he also has a workshop to present, and I'm sure would like a few breaks.
A Greeter at the Information Booth would be responsible for:
Taking food donations;
Selling raffle tickets, food and drink;
Explaining the auction;
Handing out flyers and  programs;
Pointing out displays, labyrinth, other items of interest;
And finally to be a friendly face to answer questions
about the day's schedule, or Paganism in general.

Children's Activities area
The CHILDREN'S ACTIVITIES areas need help!  Can you help Little Ones make jinglies and danglies?  Have crafts ideas?  Willing to put together some games, or read some stories?  You may simply be there to help the kids make crafts, or you may  email us in advance with details on a specific project or workshop you'd like to perform with the children.

Picnic set-up and clean-up crew around noon
We need anyone available to help set out the lovely potluck dishes and to help afterwards with putting food away, getting dishes back to their  owners, and general picnic-related clean-up.

DISPLAYS of personal altars and collections
Do you have a small table and would like to set up your own personal
Altar or collection to display?  Please feel free to bring it!!
We're hoping to have many displays scattered throughout our area.
You might want to consider typing up something simple about
your altar or collection to display with it.  Collections can be
just about anything:  Gemstones, Herbs, Tarot deck collections,
Dragon figurines, Wands, Bobbleheads....  Well, you get the pictur
