We are a comprehensive Student Affairs organization that meets the unique

needs of higher education professionals in the state of California.
We value learning, collaboration and social justice.
We commit ourselves to the purposes as stated in our constitution:
provide leadership for the state of California
stimulate creative and experimental initiatives
promote and disseminate research
engage multiculturalism and diversity
We acknowledge that diversity
requires a heightened attentiveness to the way we listen and how we speak to
each other. We promote and encourage the development of multicultural
competencies in our membership as
well as among students, staff and faculty.
