It takes a brave person to strap 5 barrels to a number of planks and sail it down the river.. Yet this command task is a big confidence builder and very quickly shows the leadership and gutsy potential of virtually all cadets. As can be seen on another picture, the raft did indeed float, albeit the river current was the winner on this day.
