First and foremost, we praise the Lord. His goodness and mercy never changes and they are new every morning.

  CCNI Boat    BOAT MINISTRY

Last 2002 we acquired a boat that would be used for a the island missions and as
livelihood project to support the ministry. God has provided us with an experienced
captain and mechanic as well as a boat manager.
The boat is now earning enough so that personnel are given a decent income.
Modifications are in the offing so that it will be able to load supplies better.
Inside The Chapel    MANGYAN KALAMINTAO, MINDORO ORIENTAL

Dr. Arroyo Continues to manage the ministry among the Manyans in Mindoro.
The chapel built by the Mangyans with CCNI's help continues to be used.
Evangelist Apollo Tan of CCNI has used it for an evangelistic meeting.
Jomalig Island Folks    JOMALIG ISLAND, QUEZON PROVINCE

The medical lmission to Jomalig island is on a regular basis. Pastor Roger Abalo, the
pioneer pastor in the island under Almanza Bible Baptist Church, welcomes these regular
visits by Dr. Ruiz and other CCNI volunteers. The boat, M/B Balikatan, has also helped
Pastor Abalo in his travel. Initial livelihood projects started have continued and have helped
new believers. Two have succeeded while one has failed. The borrower has lost the money.
We continue to pray for the person and his family that they will not forget that it is the Lord
that they really need. Glory to God for failures and victories.
Now in Casiguran, Pastor Roger is training four persons, two of them men.
By the grace of the Lord they will be future leaders of the Church.

  PATNANUNGAN ISLAND, QUEZON PROVINCE
Dr. Tom Jacildo is in charge of the medical mission in Patnanugnan. He has visited the island three times to do medical work and
help Pastor Willy Olivera, our pioneer church planter, in the teaching ministry. We are thankful that other players came to help
in this area. Bro Willy is one of the recipients of Operation Philip. They sell affordable Bibles provided that the people join a
Bible Study Group. Pastor Willy has seven Bible study groups. Hopefully many of those who attend will make a profession of faith
by the end of the study period. The Gideon ministry is also helping in the outreach to the schools.
Three hundred New Testament Bibles were distributed. We also thank God for the IVCF connection. We were able to ask
permission from IVCF through their High School program to use their DECS permit so that Bro. Willy can hold Bible Classes
  in the school.

  NO PLACE FOR THEM
  Sis. Nene Olivera

"....and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger because there was no room for the in the inn." (luke 2:7)

This is the story of the first Christmas. The Christ child's great story celebrated every December by the world. A little baby laid in a
manger because there was no room for them in the inn.

However, this is not true for the children of the Kids for Jesus Kiddy Care and Schoo. Christ has a place in their hearts. One week
before the children's Christmas party, the parents and teacher had a meeting. Through the use of "THE ANSWER" by
THE BIBLE LEAGE - Church Planting Institute, five of the parents accepted Christ as their personal Saviour. This is the cell group
I now lead as part of the leadership training headed by my husband Pastor Willy. The TBL-CPI ;is one of our helpers in establishing
a fourth church for the Lord on Patnanungan Island. Seven of my cell group members have already received free Bibles.

The children had a wonderful and happy Christmas Party. The morning group had their party on December 16 at the Poblacion, while
the afternoon group held theirs on December 16 at the Riverside. Many of the children received academic and character awards.
What gave me most joy, however, was the changes in the children's lives and that they had mastered their memory verses.
  Praise the Lord!
